About the Role: I’m looking for a highly organized and proactive Digital Assistant / Project Manager to help manage daily operations, keep projects moving, and handle administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to take initiative without needing step-by-step direction. You’ll work closely with me to track invoices, manage ClickUp, oversee client onboarding/offboarding, handle email management, and keep social media content organized. Responsibilities: Project & Client Management: ✅ Manage ClickUp – Organize tasks, deadlines, and workflows to keep projects on track. ✅ Client onboarding & offboarding – Set up client folders in ClickUp/Google Drive, track invoices, ensure all steps are completed. Admin & Operations: ✅ Track Client invoices and follow up on outstanding payments. ✅ Email management – Help organize inbox, flag important emails, and draft responses when needed. ✅ SOP creation & updates – Document key processes to improve efficiency. Marketing Support (Nice to Have but Not Required): ✅ Social media assistance – Oversee LinkedIn/Instagram content scheduling & posting (if interested). Who You Are: ✔ Highly organized & detail-oriented – You love keeping things structured and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. ✔ Proactive & independent – You don’t wait to be told what to do; you take initiative. ✔ Tech-savvy – Comfortable with QuickBooks, ClickUp, Google Drive, and email management tools. ✔ Responsive & reliable – Available online throughout the workday to keep projects moving. ✔ Experience in virtual assistance, project management, or admin support preferred.
