About Us: We are a socially conscious and inclusive team seeking a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our operations a few hours per week. Our work involves managing social media for government entities and schools, as well as some mission based businesses, so professionalism, discretion, and inclusivity are at the heart of what we do. The ideal candidate will have experience with Dubsado for client management and Google Workspace for document management and communication. Canva is a plus and Metricool is an added bonus. Additionally, they should value diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in their work and understand the importance of accessibility and cultural awareness. Key Responsibilities: Calendar Management: Organize and coordinate schedules to ensure seamless operations. Task Management: Stay on top of deadlines by managing tasks efficiently and prioritizing effectively. Lead Generation & Outreach: Assist with identifying and contacting potential clients, vendors, or donors in alignment with our mission. Project Coordination: Support project planning and execution to ensure all elements are completed on time. Client Management: Utilize Dubsado to manage client workflows, communications, and project timelines. DEI Awareness in Content: Ensure all content (e.g., images, language) aligns with DEI principles and is accessible to diverse audiences. Confidentiality & Privacy: Handle sensitive client information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality. Requirements: Proficiency in Dubsado and Google Workspace. Knowledge of Squarespace, Canva and Metricool a bonus! Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while working independently. Awareness of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles and a commitment to incorporating them into daily work. Understanding of accessibility best practices (e.g., alt text for images, inclusive language). Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
