Fractional Marketing & Grant Strategy Consultant (Temporary) We are seeking a fractional Marketing & Grant Strategy Consultant to support our organization’s behavioral health and addiction recovery initiatives in Ohio. This temporary role will focus on two key areas: grant research & writing and marketing strategy development to increase engagement and service volume. Key Responsibilities: Grant Research & Writing Coordination: *Identify and research grant opportunities specific to Ohio’s behavioral health and addiction recovery sector. *Organize and manage the grant writing process, including deadlines, required documentation, and collaboration with key stakeholders. *Support content development for grant proposals to align with our mission and funding priorities. Marketing Strategy & Outreach: *Develop and execute a strategic email marketing and social media campaign to expand community outreach and increase engagement. *Analyze audience data and engagement metrics to optimize campaign performance. *Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with organizational goals. Ideal Candidate: Experience in grant research, grant writing coordination, and behavioral health funding opportunities in Ohio. Strong background in marketing strategy, including email campaigns and social media engagement. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and drive results in a fractional/consulting capacity. This is a temporary, contract-based role with flexible hours. Remote or hybrid work options are available.
