Job Summary The Marketing Strategist Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, market research, data analysis, and creative execution to develop successful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is an innovative thinker who understands consumer behavior and can translate insights into actionable marketing plans. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals. • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities. • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, content) to ensure marketing strategies support business objectives. • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track marketing effectiveness. • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and consumer behaviors. Campaign Development & Execution • Plan and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, content, SEO/SEM, paid media, etc.). • Work with creative and content teams to develop compelling messaging, branding, and visual assets. • Optimize marketing efforts through A/B testing, performance tracking, and data analysis. • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across campaigns. Data Analysis & Optimization • Use analytics tools (ZoomInfo) to measure campaign success. • Generate reports on campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI. • Adjust strategies based on data insights to improve conversion rates and marketing efficiency. Team Leadership & Collaboration • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies. • Build relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing initiatives. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred). • 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, or a related role. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, trends, and best practices. • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms. • Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly. • Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills. • Creative mindset with problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in (B2B, Construction Industry, ABM) • Strong copywriting and content marketing skills.
