Our goal is to generate real-time, exclusive leads from homeowners and property managers actively searching for roofing services. This is NOT a homeowner list purchase job—we need an expert who can build an effective digital funnel that attracts, qualifies, and delivers ready-to-convert roofing leads. Responsibilities: Create and optimize a landing page focused on roofing services Develop a user-friendly quiz to pre-qualify leads Implement conversion-focused marketing strategies (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, etc.) Track and analyze lead generation performance to optimize results Ensure all leads are exclusive, fresh, and high-quality Requirements: Proven experience in lead generation for construction, roofing, or home services Strong skills in landing page design (WordPress, ClickFunnels, Unbounce, etc.) Ability to create engaging interactive quizzes to filter qualified leads Experience with paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, PPC) and SEO Understanding of lead tracking tools (CRM integration is a plus) Strong communication and ability to deliver high-quality, real-time leads Project Type: This is a one-time setup project with the potential for ongoing work if results are strong.
