WHAT YOU’LL DO: Manage Paid Campaigns: Plan, create, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality real estate leads, focusing on strict ROI metrics. Implement CRO Best Practices: Use A/B testing, heatmaps, and user journey analysis to refine landing pages and maximize lead conversion rates. Craft Compelling Copy: Develop persuasive ad copy that resonates with various real estate audience segments—from first-time homebuyers to luxury markets. Analyze & Report: Track KPIs like CTR, CPA, and ROI; provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders in regular performance updates. Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor real estate marketing trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to continually refine targeting strategies. Collaborate with Teams: Partner with design, sales, and product teams to produce high-impact visuals, refine messaging, and drive alignment across campaigns. Copywriting Skills: Ability to craft compelling, audience-centric copy that drives clicks and conversions.
