We’re looking for a Content Director who can lead our creator ecosystem, optimize content strategies, and scale our clients’ brands through high-volume content production. If you’re an expert in creator management, content strategy, and community building, this role is for you! About the Role As our Content Director, you are the backbone of the marketing engine. You will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing content creators, ensuring they produce high-quality content that drives results. Your role is directly tied to revenue growth, as more content = more sales. You will also lead content strategy, oversee performance tracking, and ensure that all client deliverables are met on time. Additionally, you will build and foster a strong, engaged creator community that thrives on collaboration, motivation, and innovation. Your #1 KPI: Ensuring each creator consistently meets their monthly content deliverables (minimum 30 videos per month per creator). Responsibilities Creator Management & Community Building Source, onboard, and manage creators to maximize brand content production. Foster long-term relationships with creators, ensuring they stay engaged, motivated, and loyal. Lead group calls, stand-ups, and mentorship programs to upskill creators. Create a dynamic and fun community where creators support each other. Implement positive reinforcement and reward systems to drive creator performance. Host weekly or monthly team-building activities (e.g., game nights, group challenges). Content Strategy & Performance Tracking Oversee creator output and ensure KPI targets are met for each client. Develop scripts, creative briefs, and content strategies to optimize performance. Track upload consistency and ensure brands are receiving daily content deliveries. Troubleshoot performance issues and provide strategic guidance to creators. Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies for maximum engagement. Manage client-facing content reports to track campaign success. Client Communication & Updates Ensure clients are updated daily with content progress and upload links. Work alongside the CSM team to provide structured weekly client sync updates. Contribute to End of Month (EOM) reports, highlighting content performance and next steps. Collaborate with ads teams and backend operations to optimize content for paid traffic. Process Optimization & Team Leadership Build and optimize internal workflows to improve creator onboarding and management. Streamline creator tracking using tools like Growi, Slack, Monday.com, and Trello. Implement automated tracking systems to ensure no content deliverable is missed. Train and delegate tasks to VAs and support teams to increase efficiency. Requirements ✅ 3+ years of experience in content management, creator partnerships, or social media strategy. ✅ Strong understanding of TikTok, short-form content, and social-first brand building. ✅ Experience managing creator teams and influencer partnerships at scale. ✅ Proven track record of hitting content deliverables and performance KPIs. ✅ Ability to analyze data and optimize content strategies based on performance insights. ✅ Highly proficient in Slack, Trello, Google Workspace, Growi, and other content tracking tools. ✅ Strong team leadership and project management skills.
