I am seeking a virtual assistant to handle online orders for a flower shop. Some light training will be required the first 30 days and includes: -Become an expert with bloom nation software (this is where the online orders come in) -Strategic holiday/high demand planning -Managing online orders - Handling Special Event Inquires & requests (weddings, funerals, baby showers, etc). Typically these are 5-10 min 'touch' intro calls to customers seeking services to get their requests and data into the system. -Streamline Operations and Processes.
