The CEO/Founder is looking for an Online Business Manager (OBM) to be her righthand person, join our team and become a vital part of weekly operations. *** Role Overview: As our OBM, you will be the right-hand person to the business owner, focusing on internal operations as well as stepping in to handle virtual assistant tasks for our clients as needed. You’ll help organize and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), set up systems, manage internal processes, team management, and ensure smooth client interactions. This role is ideal for someone looking to be a long-term partner in our business growth, helping us scale and attract more clients. Looking for someone who is comfortable and a skilled VA who is willing to step in as needed to support clients if needed (especially initially) so that our CEO/Founder can focus more on business development and creative endeavors/passions outside of the business. Someone with marketing experience (social media & email marketing would be ideal, but not required).
