We are seeking a skilled digital marketing contractor to join our team and collaborate with one of our clients. We expect at least part of the work to be performed in real-time during working sessions with our client and our team. This may involve at least two joint sessions per week of one hour each (possibly more initially). It involves: - auditing the existing digital marketing tools, - commenting, explaining, making recommendations, - implementing together, showing our client how to take it from there, - then holding regular check points and continuing to train and to help our client's team constantly improve their skills and their marketing performance. This role will also require hands-on management of specific marketing tasks on your own, with rapid turnaround cycles (at least on a weekly basis). The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic insights, hands-on 360-degree practical execution skills, and a talent in training and collaborating hand-in-hand with clients. The ideal profile has excellent skills in Shopify, Wordpress, HubSpot, Google Analytics and Google Ads, Zapier or equivalent (n8n etc.), SEO, Social Media (LinkedIn Sales Navigator), Content writing skills, a keen design eye, Marketing Automation, experience in B2B in sectors such as industrial / manufacturing / HVAC / highly technical products, and a continuous improvement spirit always at the leading edge of digital marketing tools. The client is a small manufacturing company based in Bradenton, FL. An ability to meet in person at least once per month would be a strong plus. Open to other locations for the right person, and there is potential to support other clients and projects.
