Description: I'm looking for a reliable and experienced Shopify virtual assistant or store manager to help with ongoing support and management of my Shopify store: KSIPAH. This is a long-term position with a monthly budget of $300, focused on helping with the store's day-to-day operations. Tasks include (but not limited to): Adding and updating products (images, pricing, descriptions) Organizing collections and menus Updating homepage and banners Processing and tracking orders Basic customer service (email/chat support) Inventory checks Occasional marketing tasks (email blasts, discounts, social media coordination) Requirements: Must have experience managing Shopify stores Strong written English skills Good eye for design/layout Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive Bonus: Experience with email marketing (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) or running basic ads Looking for someone who’s proactive and can grow with the brand.
