We deploy a Fortigate appliance for firewall/vpn access to our network in a remote datacenter. Physical location is the Bay Area. A problem recently started in which VPN connections are successful, but there's no data is returned and no true connection is established - meaning we can't access hosts or resources that require an active VPN connection. The Administrator that originally set up this configuration is no longer engaged with us. So we need a new resource that can help us figure out how to proceed and fix the firewall/vpn. This is probably going to require some remote hands or in the most ideal situation, someone located in the Bay Area where the data center is.
