Financial analyst - multi family diligence experience

I’m under contract to buy a 48 unit apartment building in Kansas City. I have experience in commercial real estate but not multi family. Looking for someone who has modeled these deals, knows what to look for, manage a diligence checklist, detailed review of financials and rent roll, can assist with diligence and asking the right questions. This role may be two separate roles. If you think so, that’s fine. Just let me know which you’re especially strong in.
