WorkoutLabs is seeking a commission-based sales rep to pitch our Train Exercise Prescription platform (https://workoutlabs.com/cr) + our Cardiac Rehab Exercise Programs Library to CR programs across the US. We’ve built a clinician-backed library that saves CR teams time — powered by our simple exercise prescription platform that increases patient engagement, reduced CR program drop-off rates, improves outcomes. Super niche, super targeted. CR teams at top hospitals are already using Train – Boston Children's, Providence St. John's, Children's Texas and others. Your role: cold-call CR programs, pitch Train, and close deals. → Responsibilities: Cold-call CR program managers/directors (list provided), pitch Train’s CR library, offer trial / schedule demos, close sales. → Compensation: $650 per annual Org subscription closed, $250 for Individual annual subs. Sales cycles may take weeks—commissions paid within 7 days of deal closure (signed agreement), not payment receipt. Potential to earn $5,200-$11,000/month with 2-4 sales/week. → Requirements: 2+ years in US healthcare sales (CR experience a plus), available 9 AM-5 PM EST, proven closer, comfortable with cold-calling. → Goals: 10 demos/week, 2 sales/week by May 1st. → To Apply: Submit your resume and a 1-minute video explaining why you’re the right fit.
