Client Success, Retention and Implementation Specialist for B2B SaaS


We are currently seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our team. As a leading smile simulation SaaS platform, our mission is to ensure seamless adoption and implementation of our software, empowering dental practices to enhance patient engagement, increase case acceptance, and drive overall practice growth. In this role, you will manage and nurture client relationships, drive product adoption, and identify opportunities to maximize their success. You will proactively support practices in integrating our software into their daily workflows, ensuring they maximize its value and see measurable results. Responsibilities: 1. Proactively engage with assigned clients on a regular basis to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. 3. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and interactions in the CRM system (preferably Zoho), ensuring data integrity and effective communication across the organization. 5. Identify opportunities for expansion from pilot practice to multi location and upselling training and coaching services to existing clients, promoting additional value and benefits. 6. Collaborate with the sales team, as needed, to coordinate upsell efforts and provide necessary support during the sales process. 7. Actively seek referrals and testimonials from satisfied clients to expand our customer base and promote our offerings to other potential customers. 8. Monitor client usage and engagement with our platform, identifying any potential issues or areas for improvement. 9. Collaborate with the product development and support teams to address client feedback, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements: 1. Previous experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in a dental SaaS or technology-related industry. Able to learn new technologies 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate with clients at all levels. 3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your client portfolio. 4. Proactive and customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving client success. Strong ability to engage with customers, provide strategic guidance, and share best practices to enhance their experience and maximize product adoption. 5. Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Zoho, to manage client interactions and track progress. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to identify opportunities and address client needs. 8. Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and objectives. 9. This is a full-time position.
