IL Licensed Attorney for Contract Review and Client Mitigation
We are a small business based in Chicago, IL, seeking an IL licensed attorney for an immediate need and occasional contract review and client mitigation services. This role will involve creation of a new working contract agreement for an interior design company, potentially negotiating those contracts, providing legal advice, and assisting with any related legal matters as they arise. The attorney should be licensed to practice in Illinois, experienced in business law and available on a project basis for flexible engagement. I am organized and be efficient in transferring actionable information as required by you.Timely communication and professionalism is valued and I will agree to fair and affordable compensation related to complexity of subject.
