Texas State Bar Grievance / Legal Malpractice

$90.00
Hourly: $90.00 - $350.00

Need to have someone who has successfully written a grievance to the Texas State Bar Successful means. The Texas State Bar must have determined a violation of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct: applied fines, sanctions, and / or suspension or termination of their license. Must be able to show grievance(s) filed successfully (delete name) to keep confidential. Need: 1) Laws and cases2) Must know all Professional Conduct Rules and Regulations that can be used against both attorneys to use as violations against them. Need an attorney who has experience in USA Legal malpractice in Texas and who has successfully obtained either a judgment or settlement. There is document proof of all claims. There are 3 possible cases (the 3rd is the main one) 1st Attorney: Opposing Attorney lost her focus of representing her client and filed nonsense sanctions and abused her power to file a false theft report just to harass to retaliate against me for filing a complaint with the Texas State Bar. She has lied to the courts about not being paid in 2 years, failed to show up at her hearing and objected to the opposing party using her own evidence already submitted to the courts which is unethical. I have found out that the complaint needs to be professionally done with laws and cases or the State Bar does not even bother to investigate. It is apparently really hard to get an attorney in trouble in Texas. 2nd Attorney: Represented both the Executor and Beneficiary, lied to another attorney regarding his part in stealing gold coins from the estate. Refused to refund the retainer when he emailed me he would return it. 3rd: Action includes, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, misrepresentation, my attorney failed to live up to their ethical and professional standards that the law requires of attorneys. Their actions or their failure to properly perform their duties causes harm and financial injury of over $75K Questions: 1) Is there a statute of time limitation to file a grievance? If there is, what are exceptions to this? 2) Are there other avenues to seek a resolution to this matter besides the Texas Bar? 3) Would like an estimate of: a) Typical time and cost it takes to write a grievance b) Estimate price range for a malpractice case Thank you
