We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Accountant and Tax Planner who understands the unique needs of service-based businesses—specifically in the chiropractic and consulting space. We own and operate a fast-growing chiropractic clinic as well as a coaching/consulting company for other chiropractors. We need a financial partner who does more than just reconcile books—we want someone who can help us optimize tax strategy, guide financial decisions, and grow with us. What We're Looking For: Must-Have Experience: Solid understanding of tax strategy for small businesses and S Corps Experience with service-based businesses (chiropractic/healthcare is a big plus) Confident in implementing strategies like: Augusta Rule Home office reimbursement Hiring your children Entity structuring & RE tax strategies Skilled in QuickBooks Online or similar platforms Fluent and timely communication—able to hop on occasional calls when we’re making key decisions Nice-to-Have: Works closely with (or is) a financial planner Can offer guidance on debt structure, cash flow planning, and future investments Ability to handle both ongoing bookkeeping and strategic tax planning (or work well with another specialist if we hire separately) Our Ideal Fit: You’re the type of accountant who thinks like a business owner.
