Title: Remote Full-Cycle Sales Development Representative Description: We’re a fast-growing healthcare services company looking for a full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our client base. You would be working on the sales cycle from start to finish. So we are looking for someone comfortable with cold lead outreach all the way to closing the sale. We specialize in virtual medical scribing and call center services, focused on ophthalmology practices in the U.S. Your schedule will typically be Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. EDT/EST (Virginia, USA). This job is a contract position. That means you are considered an independent contractor and not a direct employee of the company. Taxes are not deducted from your pay; you are responsible for paying your taxes to the IRS every year. There is no paid time off or benefits (healthcare, 401k, etc.). It also means that you are only paid for the hours you actually work. Once long-term, your pay will transition from hourly to commission based. We do verify previous employment, typically your most current 2 or 3 employers. Please have their contact information ready when applying. Also, some employers require a signed Release of Information form. This form would give us permission to ask your previous employers about your title and time frame worked with the company. It would also give us permission to ask if you are eligible for rehire. Signing this release is part of the application/interview process. You’ll be responsible for: ● Reaching out to prospective clients via email or LinkedIn ● Following up on warm leads ● Booking intro calls for our sales lead or CEO ● Keeping our CRM (Monday.com) up to date with activity ● Helping us build a predictable sales pipeline Requirements: ● Excellent written and verbal English ● Comfortable writing outreach messages and follow-ups ● Highly organized with basic spreadsheet or CRM experience ● Experience in sales or outreach (preferred but not required) ● Must be available during U.S. working hours (EDT/EST) Trial Task (Paid): As part of your application, we’ll invite shortlisted candidates to complete a short, paid trial task. It involves: ● Reviewing a lead list ● Writing 3 customized outreach emails ● Logging activity in a tracking sheet We’ll evaluate based on professionalism, clarity, and ability to follow instructions.
