I am looking for an experienced freelancer to assist with my Wordpress website specifically with automating the workflow between WPForm entries on my site and document creation. I have experience with Wordpress and plugins and have created the entire site myself up to this point. The ideal candidate will assist me in adding the functionality that I have detailed below. I am an FAA Designated Pilot Examiner and administer different types of practical tests for pilots (Private, Instrument, Commercial, Flight Instructor, etc.). I administer these tests at multiple locations. On my website I have a form that potential checkride applicants fill out providing preliminary information regarding what practical test they are taking, what location they will take it at and an approximate date thate they would like to take the test. After reviewing the data and determining that I can schedule an applicant for a practical test, I would like the data they provide on my website (via WPForms Pro) to populate to a PDF document (or Word document) that is the Plan of Action for that specific test (there is a unique Plan of Action for each type of practical test). Furthermore, depending on the location of the practical test, there is different data that must be imported into the Plan of Action document. This is all textual data. This Plan of Action document would only be available to me. It is not emailed/shared with the applicant. However, it is important that it be created in a specific format which is already defined. Not everyone that contacts me is scheduled for a practical test, so I would not want to generate this Plan Of Action document until I have confirmed that I am scheduling the checkride.
