Scope of Work: 2025 Budget Finalization Build and finalize the 2025 operating budget Incorporate financial plans for five new staff positions Include projections for three new revenue streams Business Model Development Create simple, easy-to-understand financial models for each new revenue stream Include key data points like profitability, breakeven analysis, and growth potential QuickBooks Online Reporting Ensure budget is correctly entered into QuickBooks Set up budget vs. actual tracking Create a custom report to track burn rate and cash flow Requirements: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (experience with nonprofits preferred) Strong skills in budgeting and financial modeling Ability to deliver clear, visual reports for leadership presentations Comfortable collaborating via Zoom or Google Meet Timeline: We would like to complete this work by 20 April.
