Small Business CPA (with experience in small business acquisition)
We're looking for a CPA who has experience in the small business space and has strong attention to detail. Bonus would be 1/ experience in real estate small businesses and 2/ experience in small business acquisition. We are in the process of acquiring a small/micro business and need a CPA for due diligence of high potential deals that we narrow down. The main thing we'd need for the high potential deals we are interested in is: - An analysis of the financials to ensure that they are legitimate - An evaluation of the sustainability of the financials. We will start with 1 deal but believe that we would need an analysis of half a dozen to a dozen deals before we are willing to move ahead with one. So this has potential to become a longer term relationship.
