Help with Appeal Letter
I am having a dispute with my employer (State of Washington) over my eligibility for a pension. I argue that I am eligible. They are saying that I am not due to "gaps" in my employment which I can prove were due to human error I need you to (1) Review the case (I have ALL emails and their initial response) (2) Help me write a compelling appeal letter I have to file my appeal by April 15 I am still employed by them (I am 68) but want to get this all behind me before I retire later this year
