Hi, My name is Andrew. I am the creator of Video To Blog (www.videoToBlog.ai), a web app that uses AI to convert videos into awesome blog posts. I am looking for someone who can help me better understand my users (through user interviews and/or other methods). The problem I have is that I have a bunch of users who are using my web app for different reasons which brings up the following questions... • How best do I segment all my users? • Are some segments better than others? • Should I only focus on one (or just a few) segments? • What's the best way to message to these segments on my website and elsewhere? • How can I best update the web app for these segments of provide a smooth and intuitive experience? • etc... So, yeah, anyone who could help me answer those questions (and more) and help turn these insights into actions (i.e. what exactly should I update on my website and web app) is what I'm looking for.
