We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Lifecycle Marketing / Klaviyo expert to build, execute, and optimize automated customer communication in a part-time capacity. Candidate will be responsible for developing and executing lifecycle marketing campaigns, including automated flows triggered by appropriate events. You'll also manage the segmentation and analysis of email lists to ensure precise targeting for maximum impact. Experience integrating CRM data (ideally monday.com) with Klaviyo is a must. Direct exposure or management of Klaviyo API is a plus. Collaboration with our design and content teams will be key to ensuring that our email templates are visually compelling and consistent with our brand messaging. You'll also ensure compliance with email marketing best practices, focusing on segmentation, personalization, and deliverability.
