We’re looking for a Client-Facing Project Manager to make sure our client campaigns run smoothly and clients feel heard, supported, and excited to work with us. This role is for someone who: Loves working with people – You’re great at managing relationships and making clients feel like VIPs. Has a Type-A personality – You stay organized, follow up, and never let details slip. Is fast-paced and adaptable – You’re comfortable managing multiple projects at once. Can dedicate a core set of hours daily – We’re flexible, but consistency is key. Is a natural problem solver – If something goes off track, you fix it fast. Has project management skills – Keeping things moving on schedule for a team is second nature to you. Has experience in eCommerce or digital marketing (a plus, but not required). Keeping projects on track, from influencer campaigns to email marketing initiatives. Communicating with clients and our internal team to ensure deadlines are met. Spotting roadblocks before they happen and finding solutions. Staying organized and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
