I'm a licensed trainee appraiser based in New York, currently seeking hands-on training and mentorship in commercial real estate appraisal. I'm looking to work with a seasoned commercial appraiser who can help guide me through the process of preparing full reports, understanding valuation methodologies, and improving my skills in market analysis, rent comps, and income approaches.
