I am looking for a licensed attorney with expertise in both family law and U.S. immigration law to provide strategic legal advice regarding divorce proceedings and their implications for immigration status. Specifically, I need guidance on: 1. Divorce options in the state of Massachusetts 2. How various divorce pathways could affect or align with employment-based immigration routes (EB2 green card, L1B, and H1B visa status). 3. Strategic planning to avoid jeopardizing my immigration status or application process due to changes in marital status. Ideal Candidate: 1. Licensed to practice in Massachusetts. 2. Experienced in both family and immigration law, particularly with clients undergoing divorce while on or applying for employment-based visas.
