We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in legal industry advertising. We are looking for an experienced retargeting ads specialist to help onboard and launch client ad campaigns. Our agency currently manages 12+ active clients, with more in the pipeline, so we need someone who can hit the ground running and optimize campaigns effectively. This role requires expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) retargeting, ad funnels, video ads, and lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate will be client-facing, comfortable meeting with clients at least once a month post-launch to review ad performance and suggest optimization strategies. ⏳ Expected Hours: 10-20 hours per week, with potential variation depending on incoming clients and scheduled client meetings. Responsibilities: ✅ Video Retargeting Ads – Create and optimize video retargeting campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to improve conversions, engagement, and brand awareness. ✅ Lead Generation Ads – Develop high-converting lead generation campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and YouTube. ✅ Ad Funnel Strategy & Execution – Design and execute ad funnels, leveraging Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Suite, and Google Ads for maximum ROI. ✅ Copywriting & Content Creation – Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers on ad creatives. ✅ Performance Monitoring & A/B Testing – Analyze key metrics, conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, and refine strategies for continuous improvement. ✅ Client Communication & Reporting – Provide clients with monthly performance reports and actionable insights for optimization. ✅ Collaboration – Work closely with our team to ensure campaigns align with client goals and agency growth objectives.
