We are seeking experienced lawyers to assist in rewriting and updating our privacy policy and terms of service. Additionally, we would like the lawyer to spend 1 hour with our marketing team to provide an overview of important legal considerations relevant to our marketing efforts. Tasks: Review and update our privacy policy to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations. Rewrite and update our terms of service to reflect current business practices and legal requirements. Conduct a 1-hour session with our marketing team to: Provide an overview of legal best practices in marketing. key areas : data privacy, user consent, advertising regulations, TCPA Advise on how to mitigate legal risks in our marketing campaigns and practices.
