Looking for a Former or Current Federal Government Contracting Officer to help: 1) advise on RFP preparation 2) devise teaming agreements to fulfill RFPs 3) advise this small business on how to legally fulfill "technical acceptability" aspects of RFPs under the financial section Potentially: 1) Become a contractor of the company to find and/or prepare bid responses to RFQs and RFPs You will work as a contractor (or W-2 employee as the relationship progresses) to develop and implement procurement capture strategies, navigate government procurement platforms, pursue creative teaming arrangements with other companies, and manage large-scale government RFP submissions. Responsibilities · Research, identify, and track federal (primarily DoD/ State Department) government procurement opportunities on behalf of radar company · Develop detailed opportunity pipeline · Manage multiple projects simultaneously Qualifications · Deep experience with federal procurement processes, submissions, contract vehicles (must be or have been a Federal Contracting Officer) · Excellent Research skills, especially on government procurement platforms (e.g., USASpending, SAM.Gov, DSBS, DLA/DIBBS, federal agency procurement forecasts)
