Seeking Legal Contractor for Civil Matter Involving Lending Institution
Hourly: $50.00 - $250.00
We are seeking an experienced legal professional—ideally licensed in Mississippi or familiar with Mississippi state and federal laws—to assist with a civil matter involving a prominent local financial institution. The case centers on issues related to a residential loan and the bank's subsequent actions that have resulted in substantial financial harm and distress to our family. The matter may involve claims of: -Breach of contract -Fraudulent inducement -Bad faith lending practices -Retaliatory conduct -Potential civil rights violations We have extensive documentation, including loan agreements, disbursement records, communications, and supporting evidence of misconduct. Our goals include pursuing appropriate legal remedies, which may involve drafting a formal demand letter, initiating civil litigation, and/or filing complaints with regulatory bodies. We are looking for help drafting a demand letter to the bank and their representative to release the funds according to our home loan agreement, which they are unwilling to do without legal counsel. It's a straightforward agreement. This is a high-stakes, time-sensitive situation. We’re looking for someone strategic, responsive, and confident in navigating complex legal matters involving financial institutions.
