Send help! We're on the lookout for a super-organized and proactive person to help us manage event logistics. We sponsor multiple trade shows throughout the year and need help with tasks including, but not limited to: - Communicate with event organizers and provide them with information (e.g. company description, address, logos, promo materials, lead qualifying questions, etc.) - Manage and organize event documentation (e.g. sponsorship agreements) and our event overview spreadsheet - Create event Know Before You Go (KBUG) presentations for the team & attend KBUGs run by the event organizers - Register attendees for events - Provide organized event information to team members, answer questions, & manage event slack channels (Event info includes travel & hotel info, event agenda, sending google calendar invites for agenda) - Order booth materials and/or create shipping labels for existing booth materials via FedEx website - Plan shipping schedule - Download event Opt-in lists after the event - Research local restaurants or entertainment for hosting Our event schedule tends to be feast or famine, so some weeks/months will require much more work than others.
