Job Title: Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst Experience Level: 2–3 Years Location: New York City (Remote possible) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: A NYC-based family office is seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to join its growing investment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, market research, and deal structuring to support the evaluation and execution of new real estate investment opportunities. The role will focus on acquisitions across the U.S., U.K., and key European markets, spanning various asset classes. Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain detailed financial models to analyze potential real estate acquisitions. • Conduct in-depth market research to assess trends, risks, and value drivers in target geographies. • Assist in sourcing and underwriting investment opportunities, including on- and off-market deals. • Support deal structuring efforts, including JV frameworks, capital stack planning, and purchase negotiations. • Coordinate and support due diligence processes—financial, legal, and operational. • Prepare investment memos and presentation materials for internal committees and capital partners. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. • 2–3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment banking, or private equity. • Advanced Excel skills and comfort with complex financial modeling. • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, small team environment.
