In short, She purchased a cat in california, was unhappy, within 24 hrs, we picked up the cat near her house in Phoenix Arizona, she paid $2300, she was refunded $2300, she agrees and stated online to as well as in text. She has made some egregious false claims, of animal abuse, and “cat mills” that is tremendously impactful to our buisness, as it is significant in prominence both on google and to over 190,000 members that are in the cat community of the breed we sell. She resisted a demand letter for these to be taken down.
