We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to expand our client base and strengthen our market presence in the IT staffing industry. Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with 8-10 years of proven expertise in IT staffing or recruiting, particularly in securing contract and C2C IT roles. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive client network, strong communication skills, and strategic sales acumen to bring in new clients with open IT positions. This role offers a competitive fixed salary plus an attractive incentive structure tied to performance and client acquisition. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and target new business opportunities with enterprises and IT recruiting firms needing contract and C2C IT staffing solutions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, hiring managers, and procurement teams at prospective and existing clients. • Schedule and conduct meetings to potential client offices to build relationships and pitch Digital iTechnology’s staffing services. • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our company’s value proposition, expertise, and success in filling IT contract roles. • Leverage your existing wide client database and professional network to generate leads and secure new contracts. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets for IT contract staffing services. • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure client needs are met with high-quality IT talent in a timely manner. • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the IT staffing sector. • Represent Digital iTechnology at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and attract new business. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. • Provide regular updates and reports on sales pipelines, client interactions, and business development progress to leadership. Qualifications: • 8-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within the IT staffing or recruiting industry, with a focus on contract and C2C roles. • Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and generating revenue in the IT staffing space. • Extensive and active client database and professional network in the IT industry, particularly in Austin, TX, and surrounding markets. • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives and decision-makers. • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a client-centric approach. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively. • Familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and market demands (e.g., software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, etc.) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not required).
