We are looking for a part-time Customer Success/Account Manager to help manage influencer marketing clients using our platform. This role is client-facing — you'll lead onboarding calls via Zoom, provide ongoing support through email and occasional phone calls, and work alongside a small internal team to help launch and manage influencer campaigns. This position will start at under 10 hours per week but has the potential to grow steadily as we add more clients. We're looking for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, solving problems, and making sure campaigns run smoothly. If you have experience with account management, influencer marketing, customer success, or client services — we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities: -Conduct onboarding calls (via Zoom) to guide clients through using our software -Serve as one of the main points of contact for clients post-onboarding (via email, Zoom, and occasional phone calls) -Collaborate with our internal contractor team to help launch and manage influencer campaigns -Provide ongoing client support and troubleshooting using our platform -Communicate client needs and feedback internally to improve the client experience Requirements: -Strong communication skills (written & verbal) — must be comfortable leading client Zoom calls -1+ years experience in account management, customer service, or customer success -Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable -Able to manage multiple clients with professionalism and care -Comfortable learning and using software tools quickly Bonus: Experience with influencer marketing platforms or e-commerce clients About the Role: -Start: Less than 10 hours/week (grows over time) -Schedule: Flexible but must be available for client calls during U.S. business hours -Duration: Ongoing (long-term preferred) -Team: You’ll work with a small team of supportive contractors and founders
