Description: I am looking for an experienced web scraper to extract data from a specific website on a weekly basis. The website contains categorized listings, and I need a mailing list compiled into an Excel spreadsheet for all newly listed and recently updated individuals. Requirements: • Scrape the website for newly listed and recently updated individuals. • Extract the following details: • First Name • Last Name • Number • First line of mailing address • Second line of mailing address (if applicable) • City • State • Zip Code • Ensure each data point is placed in its own separate column in the spreadsheet. • Provide the data in an Excel (.xlsx) format. • Automate or streamline the process for weekly updates. Ideal Candidate: • Experienced in web scraping tools like Python (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy), Selenium, or other automation tools. • Detail-oriented and able to extract clean, well-organized data. • Able to deliver results reliably on a weekly schedule. • Strong communication skills for updates and troubleshooting.
