Structural Engineer - licensed in Hawaii only please! Structural Engineer to assist with the design and analysis of one single-family residential project. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of local residential building codes and be able to execute code compliance review of owner-supplied designs. Engineer to provide safe and efficient structural designs. Responsibilities included below: conducting site assessments, preparing structural calculations, and collaborating with architect/designer and contractors to ensure project success. Needed: * Code compliance review of existing design * Collaborate with architect / designer when needed * Draft all engineering designs * Structural Calcs * Stamping of all sheets (architectural and structural) * Processing / routing of permit through DPP * Special inspection letter (if needed)
