We require a set of 12 unique custom-designed icons for use on the company’s website and collateral. The assets should be modern and visually compelling, enhancing user engagement and aligning with our company's look and feel. The icons should be two-tone line icons representing each of our products for the homepage tiles see example tiles in the attachment. Please review attached files as addition style guidance and inspiration. Objectives • Create a cohesive set of 12 icons that align with the company's branding. • Ensure the assets are modern and engaging and enhance the digital experience. Target Audience • Existing and potential users of our platform. California legal professionals, existing and potential users of our platform, law firm administrators, and office managers. • Business professionals and decision-makers. • Tech-savvy individuals looking for intuitive and appealing digital solutions. Deliverables 1. Custom Icons: o A set of icons following brand colors, typography, and overall style. o Icons representing each of the products below, plus 5 benefits above physical filing eFiling eService Service of Process Document Delivery Locator Sheriff Delivery o Consistent design to ensure seamless integration with the existing website and or collateral. o Designed for engagement, clarity, and a modern aesthetic. Design Guidelines • Must follow existing brand guidelines (color palette, typography, and logo usage). • Icons should be dark blue #008AB0 and accent green #00A07B • Preapproved blues and greens are pre-approved in all tints • #008AB0 • #023E5C • #00A07B • Use of additional colors in the to-be-provided Canva brand kit will be subject to approval (aka, can be used sparingly for specific and deliberate emphasis) • Our approved font is Lato in any thickness except Hairline • Should be visually consistent across all elements. • Fresh, modern, and engaging in aesthetic appeal. • Easy to understand and navigate for users. Timeline & Milestones • April 2: Initial concepts and first draft with concepts. • April 2: First round of feedback and revisions. • April 3: Second draft with complete icon designs • April 4: Second round of feedback and revisions. • April 7: Third draft • April 8: Third round of feedback and revisions • April 8: Final round of draft • April 9: Fourth and final round of feedback and adjustments. • April 10: Project completion and asset delivery. File Formats & Requirements • PNG files or recommended formats. • High-resolution and web-optimized assets.
