We’re looking for an experienced WordPress developer to help us update the layout and functionality of our existing site. We already have a clear design/layout ready to go—we just need someone who can implement it within our current WordPress setup. We are not looking to rebuild the site from scratch. We are not looking for unsolicited critiques or redesign pitches. We know what we want—we just need someone who can make it happen. ________________________________________ What You’ll Be Doing: • Updating the layout of our current WordPress website • Implementing our provided design (Figma, PSD, or similar) • Maintaining the existing structure, theme, and plugins • Making sure everything functions smoothly and is mobile-friendly • Collaborating respectfully and sticking to agreed timelines ________________________________________ Who We’re Looking For: • Someone confident working within existing WordPress sites • Knows how to customize themes and templates without nuking the setup • Excellent communicator who asks questions before making assumptions • Respectful of client direction (no “your site sucks” energy) ________________________________________ Skills Required: • WordPress (themes, plugins, layout tweaks) • HTML, CSS, basic PHP/JS • Responsive design implementation • Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, or similar page builders • Familiarity with working from Figma, Adobe XD, or PSD files ________________________________________ Bonus Skills (not required but nice to have): • Light graphic editing (resizing, cropping, etc.) • SEO-friendly structure knowledge • Site speed/performance optimization ________________________________________ To Apply: Please include: • A quick intro (no long bios—we value clarity) • 2–3 examples of WordPress sites you’ve updated (not rebuilt) • Your hourly rate or estimated project cost • Availability and estimated timeline ________________________________________ Let’s work together to make something great—without the ego.
