Graphic Designer needed to develop finished, stylized reports

Looking for graphic designer to take written reports and develop finished, stylized reports, infographics, etc. on an as-needed basis. The client would supply the final written report, and the graphic designer would be responsible for providing an upfront fee estimate then developing the creative design (“look and feel”) of the report, including sourcing images using appropriate licensing, and working with client to finalize the layout, revise, and quality check (QC) the final product,. Graphic designer would provide versions in something that client can mark-up (e.g., PDF) and would follow client’s style guide or instructions. The final copy may be provided in print-ready PDF, digital PDF or original Creative Suite format, depending on project need.
