I’m looking for an experienced UX/UI designer to assess my recently redesigned website and recommend improvements to enhance usability and reduce bounce rates. The goal is to ensure visitors engage with the site rather than clicking away prematurely. Key Responsibilities: **Conduct a usability audit to identify friction points in navigation, layout, or calls-to-action. **Analyze user behavior (if analytics are available) to pinpoint drop-off areas. **Recommend subtle but impactful tweaks (e.g., button placement, color contrast, content hierarchy, load speed, mobile responsiveness). **Implement minor design/front-end adjustments (or provide clear instructions for my developer). Not looking for a major redesign as I like a lot of the elements that are there. The focus is on optimizing existing elements.
