Technical Team Lead / Project Manager
Job Opening: Project Manager / Team Lead (Remote Option Available) We are seeking a Project Manager / Team Lead to oversee a team of six software developers working on a technology upgrade for a statewide system. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in Agile environments. Key Responsibilities: • Lead a collaborative team of 6 software developers. • Manage the full project lifecycle of a major statewide technology application upgrade. • Operate within an Agile environment using DevOps practices. • Oversee and participate in Quality Assurance (QA) efforts, including the creation and execution of comprehensive testing plans. • Learn and become deeply familiar with the product to effectively guide testing, development priorities, and team coordination. • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of business requirements and product functionality. • Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and ensure product quality standards are met. Tech Stack: • Angular 17 • SQL Server • DevOps tools within an Agile development framework Qualifications: • Prior experience managing software development teams in Agile environments. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Experience in QA processes and writing testing plans. • Ability to quickly understand complex software systems. • PMI certification is not required.
