I need to redesign our "contact us" page. We're using Webflow, so I'll need someone who specializes in Webflow web design. If we work well together, I would be open to redesigning other website pages together. There are only a few items on the contact page I need help with. I would like to redesign the contact form to use conditional logic. Right now, I have a Google form set up with conditional logic that I could embed on the page as a short-term solution. However, if I went this route, I'd still need help with custom CSS and responsive styling for different displays. Link to the Google form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdtSsXroN7Hl3GLuRwTXtZbjRRkRVYVvk8pci822UE3avCZ6Q/viewform?usp=sharing I would also like to pass the data from form submissions to a Calendly booking page and trigger conversion events in Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager. Depending on whether the request is submitted as an academic tutoring or test prep request, we'll need to redirect users to the appropriate confirmation and booking page, which I assume will require custom code. I'm not tied to using an embedded Google form. In the long run, the solution we're trying to emulate is the responsive/conditional logic contact form you can see on the website linked below, within the hero section: https://www.varsitytutors.com/ In short, I'm open to collaborating on the best method of collecting online tutoring leads as seamlessly as possible. Finally, I want to create an updated page layout better suited for a responsive design that adjusts to different display sizes. In an ideal world, the person I work with would have experience mocking up the proposed changes in Figma or a similar software to ensure we're on the same page and can collaborate on changes before implementing them. I'm also big on meeting live or using Loom as needed to reduce endless emails and system notifications.
