Background Democracy Works helps millions of Americans vote by providing reliable, useful voting guidance through the sites, apps and groups they trust. As a nonpartisan nonprofit organization, we collaborate with election officials to provide voters with trusted, official information and work with tech platforms, nonprofit groups, academic institutions, and workplaces to help voters whenever and wherever they need it. Currently, Democracy Works operates multiple websites across its product portfolio, including partners.turbovote.org, data.democracy.works, and votinginfoproject.org. This fragmentation makes it difficult for users to understand our complete offering and dilutes our brand presence. Project Goals Consolidate Multiple Websites: Create a unified web presence that brings together all Democracy Works products and services under one roof Increase Visibility: Enhance the discoverability and understanding of our complete product ecosystem Drive Qualified Leads: Generate more high-quality leads, particularly for TurboVote partnerships Attract Donors: Present a compelling case for financial support by clearly communicating our mission, impact, and needs Streamline User Experience: Create intuitive pathways for different audience segments to quickly find relevant information.
