We’re looking for a Kajabi-savvy virtual assistant or tech specialist to help us get our online course and lead magnets live with style and strategy. - What You’ll Help With Setting up and customizing Kajabi landing pages Creating and connecting email sequences and automations Managing opt-in forms, lead magnets, and tagging systems Organizing product offers, checkout flows, and thank-you pages Helping map and optimize funnels for a smooth user journey Light design work using Kajabi templates or Canva Uploading and integrating assets (PDFs, images, downloads, etc.) - You Are Highly experienced in Kajabi — please share examples or a portfolio Confident with funnels, tagging, and email automations Detail-oriented and tech-savvy, with a strong sense of organization Familiar with online course businesses, coaching brands, or service providers Friendly, resourceful, and easy to collaborate with - Project Scope Part-time: ~5–10 hours/week to start Flexible rate: Hourly or flat rate—open to discussion Potential for ongoing, long-term work if we’re a great match!
