Subtitling Expert Needed for Monthly Videos

I'm looking for someone to add English subtitles at the top and Spanish subtitles at the bottom of my MP4 videos. These videos are 3 to 4 minutes long and I have 4 of them every month. - The budget is 2 euros per video. - The video content is already fully completed; your task will be solely to add the subtitles. - I do not currently have the subtitles prepared, so you'll need to create them. - Ideally, you should be fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent transcription skills and a good understanding of timing for subtitles. Please note, the type of subtitles to be used has not yet been decided. If you have experience and can advise on whether to use embedded (burned-in) subtitles or soft (selectable) subtitles, that would be a plus.
