We are seeking a skilled WebGL/Three.js developer or team to help finalize and deploy a browser-based 3D health report. The project involves working with an existing 3D brain model and integrating dynamic charts, floating text summaries, and lightweight interactivity in a way that is polished, responsive, and ready for commercial use. This project must be completed within 6 weeks of project start, so please only apply if you can commit to this delivery window. Scope of Work You will be working from a partially completed foundation, including a fully rendered 3D brain model. Your responsibilities will include building out the following WebGL-driven features for browser use (desktop-first with responsive elements for mobile/tablet): -3D Brain Visualization (Modular & Reusable) Integrate and enhance the current brain model with toggles for viewing different types of data overlays. Ensure interactions like rotation, zoom, and scene transitions function smoothly. -Click/Scroll Scene Navigation Users should be able to trigger transitions via scrolling or clicking, revealing additional content and shifting the scene dynamically. -3D Charts and Graphs Render simplified but engaging 3D charts (e.g., bar plots, surface maps) inside the same WebGL environment to display numeric results. No animation or transitions required beyond basic rendering. -Floating Text Summary Create a clean, accessible floating text box within the 3D view to display a brief summary for users. No AI integration needed—just static text display with toggle for two view types (e.g., simple vs technical summary). -Tooltip Functionality Add hover-based tooltips for key data points and visual elements within the 3D space. -PDF Export Generate a PDF snapshot of the report using in-app screenshots and the displayed summary text. -Session Comparison Feature Allow the viewer to load and compare two timepoints side-by-side within the same 3D report view. ------------------- Technical Requirements -WebGL (Three.js or similar) -3D model integration & rendering optimization -JavaScript frontend integration (React or similar) -PDF generation from browser -Responsive design for desktop/tablet -Experience in clinical or biomedical visualization is a plus but not required. Deliverables -A polished, embeddable 3D WebGL module (iframe-compatible or standalone URL) -All features listed above -Documentation or dev handoff notes for future expansion How to apply -Please submit a proposal with an estimated timeline and budget
