At True North ITG, Inc., we’re a leading Managed Services Provider (MSP) passionate about transforming customer experiences through innovative IT solutions. We’re looking for an organized, proactive IT Project Support to support our VP of Engineering on a critical healthcare client project. Note: This role focuses on administrative and coordination support, not full-scale project management. General Summary: This part-time, temporary role blends administrative expertise with a basic understanding of IT to keep a key project running smoothly. You’ll handle tasks like invoice processing, contract reviews, and scheduling, working remotely with minimal supervision. This isn’t a traditional project management position—we need a detail-oriented self-starter comfortable with operational support, not strategic oversight. If you’re familiar with IT concepts and thrive on keeping things organized, this could be your fit. Key Responsibilities: • Process and verify telecom invoices, coordinating with vendors and internal teams. • Review contracts for accuracy and highlight key details for leadership. • Schedule meetings, track deadlines, and maintain project documentation. • Serve as a point of contact between the VP, client stakeholders, and team members. • Keep records organized and up-to-date in a remote environment. • Flag potential issues early and suggest practical solutions when appropriate. Qualifications & Experience: • 2+ years in an administrative or coordinator role (IT-related experience a plus). • Basic familiarity with IT concepts and MSP operations (no deep technical expertise needed). • Experience with invoices, contracts, or scheduling is highly desirable. • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. • Ability to work independently with a professional, mature approach. • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and virtual tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams). • Reliable internet and a quiet remote workspace. • Available to start immediately and commit through August 2025 (20-25 hours/week). • Previous support for senior leaders or healthcare exposure is a bonus, not a must.
